any of you guys send ur gucci bag or wallet for repair at Gucci boutique B4? How long does it take? Because I just send my wallet for repair at TAKA Gucci boutique and was told around 3 weeks. Abit long the waiting time.

Anyone of you got ur bag or wallet around 1 week++ or 2 weeks?

depends on what kind of damage and cleaning works. for rethreading it takes the maximum 4 weeks longest. for mere washing of hardware to remove rust etc it takes 2 weeks. for leather spots removal etc etc, it should take minimal time period of 2 weeks.

for major faults like zipper problems, yes it takes a max of 3 weeks and no less.

The lacquer around my 1 1/2 year old wallet start peeling off, so I send to them for service.
