Thanks Kelly, that's very useful. But how to deter renters from swopping our bags with fakes? What to do if they damage/dirty the bags? What if they don't turn up again??

Sorry but I can't help you on this.

I think many have this concern as well, maybe that explain why it is not picking up i guess.
