There are 2 separate sets of guidelines that is issued by MOH for Liposuction procedures in Singapore. One set is for clinic and the other set is for hospital.


There is a different when liposuction conducted in a clinic or hospital environment.

Few things to take note :

• Not more than 1 litre of fat is allowed in one procedure
• You are entitled 1 week of consideration between the date you pay to the date your surgery is conducted
• Liposuction requiring patients to be under general anaesthesia shall only be performed in an ambulatory surgery centre or a hospital operating theatre on an inpatient basis which means that it cannot be conducted in a clinic environmen
