Sorry I'm not here to sell any package to fill my own commission as some of you who pm me can verify. I don't even tell you the programme unless you really have a lot to lose. At the end of the day, I'm not here to sell. I want to help people who are very overweight like I used to. I'm happy to say that today I'm weighing 55.2kg and I'm going into phase 2 of the programme. I'll be done with the programme in about 20 days' time. Wish me all the BEST
. BTW, the programme has been so successful for me that I've gone from a UK size 18 to now a UK size 6. Sickly? Sorry - I'm far from it. Healthy? Definitely, my programme does not have any processed food / medicine involved. Everything on my own!

Hi Crystalk,
How heavy are you and what made you so determined to lose it. Have you asked yourself what is the current motivation and will it keep you motivated after you've shed the desired kilos. If you are really heavy, it will be real easy to take off the 10kg. If you have a healthy bmi, shedding off 10kg might be real heard. I was once 120+kg some 7 years ago in school days. I lost a total of 60+kg within a year. Tips to doing so: 1. I jogged 5km average daily and never take buses (walking distance per day=8km) 2. I ate only beehoon soup without oil in it. 3. *Unhealthy* I smoked ALOT 4. I bought a real ex dress and hung it infront of me to make sure I ate ONLY beehoon soup. The jogging part is really bad as I suffered from bad liagments right now. *Ultimately, do not rely only by dieting. You have to eat to keep your metabolism going. Hope it helps! |
