Hello there,

i believe the diet that u are referring is called " Dr's Cohen 1st Personal Diet" program, that uses blood test to create a program that will assist u lose your fats RAPIDLY. But side effect of this diet, is u might lose lots of hair ( your body is adjusting to the sudden change of diet), and u will need to take vitamins during the program. (meaning u will need to take supplement if u are not those who take them daily).

It takes determination to lose weight, esp for ladies and this program does educate you on what food that u should eat and avoid. But i would said to find out more from the clinic and do some research for yourself before u embark your weight loss journey.

Hope all of the ladies in this thread will hit their goal weight and may all of u stay beautiful and healthy! =)
