Hi. I have personally lost weight in programme that didn't require me to starve myself. I have always had weight issues, and after trying so many ways, from fad diets to slimming centres, can't say they are any good!

A friend introduced me to a program, and I lost 4kg within 3 weeks. Another friend who went on this same programme shed inches off throughout and lost about 10kg within one month.
