i did it at the Lasik Surgery Clinic, it is not that bad.
Just be careful because some are quite pushy. Don't fall for hard and pressure sell type of clinics.

hi Rona,
i have done it in 2006 in SNEC, spend about 2k plus only. and my doctor is a very good and gentle doctor named Mr Leonard Ang but he is no longer in SNEC, you might want to search for him in yahoo.
