I have always wanted to lose some weight after putting on 5 kgs after my wedding day due to weight rebound as a result of an intensive meal replacement diet. Before my wedding day, I went on a crush diet. I actually lost 2 kgs in 1 week when i was adopting a meal replacement diet and i thought it was an easy way, however once I stopped eating meal replacement, my weight rebound to MORE than my original weight. I tried skipping a meal, as well as to go on a fast for one day or two, my weight rebound continue when i resume to normal lifestyle and it was always MORE than my original weight, I was so angry with myself! It is as good as finally losing 2 kg, but grow back 3 kg instead after life resume normally. It has become a case whereby my body needed lesser food for me to put on more weight. I ate very little, but still put on weight. I hate exercising, am too lazy and I have no time for exercising. I was filled with despair and dunno what to do. I read up about weight loss etc and was ALWAYS told that exercise is a must to lose weight effectively. So I decided to took the plunge and went to sign up a fitness package from a fitness center XXX. (Any fitness center eg fitness planet, california fitness etc should do the same job) The good thing about signing up a package with a limited time frame is
1. you are FORCED to go exercising becos you paid so much for the package.
2. Another benefit is you will not give up half way when you are tired since everyone in the room is doing it and you just have to continue to work out for that 1 hour hence you got a full workout.
3. You have an instructor to follow as a guide hence you need not think of what to do.
4. Even if you really do not lose weight, you are definitely healthier hence it benefits you as a whole.
5. If you are able to get a friend to sign up with you, you can motivate each other to go more frequently.
Ever since I signed up with XXX in october, I have been going for their lessons for about twice a week and I have lost about 2 kg till now and I have also become healthier. I promised myself never to go on a crush diet again. I have also decided to continue sign up once my package expires in order to force me to go exercising to maintain a good health. It may seems expensive as a whole, but if you count by lessons, it can be as low as $10 per lessons if you go 3 times a week.
In conclusion, there is no easy way out, exercise is the only way and you really have to get your butt moving

Please consider this option if you are someone who never consider exercising as one of your options, jiayou!
