    Hi, Ladies,
I bought a bag from this eBay Seller: nhatnguyetcodon l ast week. I check through purse forum to authetic this bag and were told as fake one though receipt provided... I went to prada shop and the kind staff mentioned receipt is real but serial number not tally with the color of bag... I compare the authentic n my one, it show the leather is very rough... I'm requesting a refund from seller as he claim it's authentic... May I know incase he not refund to me, how to make the police statement? Do I need to get any letter of proof to claim this bag is fake? Thks for yr help upfront... Good luck to me if I can get my fund back=(

I hope you can get a full refund. In future pls get the bag authenticated via the purse forum before your purchase. Contrary to some people may think that a receipt validates the authenticity, it is not. Likewise when a bag doesn't come with a receipt, doesn't mean it is not authentic. It's best to request for all the detailed photos of the actual bag for authentication and make sure that they match the actual bag that you are getting. Otherwise it's your word against the seller. The seller may claim that you switched the bag with a fake one etc.

I think next time it's better that you get the seller to go down to the boutique to verify with you before paying that person cash.
