    Normally it is due to the size of the photo that you are trying to upload

    If you still face problem, try to post without photo and email us the photo for us to help u resize and upload

    I've had no problems keeping my listing neat by deleting previous "bump up" posts for all my items, except for one. I have sent requests for help three time via the 'Contact Us' page, but no reply. I've also tried reposting the item 3 times, but the same problem occurs. I am sure there must be some coding explanation, but this is beginning to seem really eerie (chuckles) as it's only just that one item that is a problem repeatedly.

    Would appreciate help, so as to keep my listings neat and not annoyingly full of "bump up"s/
