This is a a sample of a Sales Agreement that you may consider to use when buying and selling bag here at Deluxemall

It is however NOT mandatory to use but we strongly advise buyer or seller to use to protect themselves.

Deluxemall is not in any position to impose our members to use this agreement for all transactions made here

Some tips

Print two copies before meeting
Ensure that both parties agree to have a bidding sales agreement before meeting
Each party to sign off both copies where each party keep one copy.
Make sure you verify the Name, NRIC, address of both the buyer and seller before signing
