How to report scams and fraud:
If you see an ad on the Deluxemall site that you suspect is Spam or illegal, please email me@deluxemall.com so that we will review and can take it down quickly if appropriate.

If you reply to an ad and the person who posted the ad emails you with a suspicious request , please inform us and stop all communications with that person.

Steps to make a Police Report if you encounter a Fake Seller, Scam or Fraud

When buying or selling, we strongly recommend you meet in-person to see the item and exchange money. We strongly encourage face-to-face, local, trading. For personal ease and safety. Always transfer via ATM to ensure paper trace.

Deluxemall doesn't offer any sort of buyer protection or endorsed any seller or guarantee the authentic of the bags sold here.

The prices are far too cheap for a brand new bag.
Sellers is not local but overseas
An active forum member does not mean he/she is a NOT a scam artist. Do not deceive by thinking that an active member with 1000 post behind him/her is a not a scam artist. Always be on your guard.
Deluxemall do not endorse any members or sellers.
Deluxemall have never met any members in the forum. So do not assume their active participation in the forum with us means they are our "trusted old friends".
Take note that the there are cases where the photo of the bag send to buyer are not the picture of the actual bag. The scam artist shown a pic of an authentic bag online but is actually selling a replica when they send over by mail or during meet-up. That is why we strongly recommend meeting your seller face to face and refrain from mailing the bag to you.
We recommend sellers to put photo of their actual sales item online (if possible)
Check your seller UserID or email via Google.
We do not recommend purchases outside Singapore for the same reason they may show you an authentic bag for ship to you a fake one
We do not recommend item to be shipped to you via mail as it could be a fake.
We recommend authenticity check at boutique
We recommend transact via ATM to ensure paper trace
We DO not Recommend deposit before purchase to secure the item. What you see may not be what you get.
We DO NOT recommend in taking sales pitch like "Money back guaranteed" " Go to boutique for check" seriously. Do not believe by what you read or hear, always check throughly at the boutique if you are unsure.
Get the contact number of seller if possible
Lastly, we also advise that you trust no one.
