I think it's time to start out a thread where we can help our members here to authenticate the bag.

If you want to authenticate a bag, please do it on this thread.


Remember, we will need as many photos as possible, especially the heatstamp that says "louis vuitton made in xxx" and the datecode.

Many members I notice are "shy" to challenge the seller when it comes to authenticity of the sales items. Some have chose to email me.

We strongly suggest that if you have any concern on authenticity, why not post it here and get everyone's view.

Mind teaching me how to identify?? Is it of the date code cos I find it look so diff from the rest of the LV bags

As an owner of the same bag, I can tell you the inside alcantara lining should be a brighter yellow. I am not sure if its your camera and the lighting that the photo colour appears pale.

The date code also should not be "printed" in black but etched onto the fabric.

My guess is its not authentic.
