I did not demand. I proposed a solution to the issue but seller is unwilling to work things out. I thought it is unfair to list a bag as 90 percent new in this condition. It is my mistake to not see the flaw but a good seller will be willing to work things out. Being a seller myself I have encountered similar issues but I would not deal with it this way.
If there is colour transfer, it is not 90 percent new. It is normal for sellers to not notice flaws and condition can be very subjective. There are some pen marks as well but that is not the issue. I made a mistake by purchasing the bag in bad lighting condition. Contacted seller the very next morning but Seller is not willing to refund on goodwill. I am willing to take back 485sgd but seller is unwilling. No issues with authenticity but do not expect service after you have paid. I kept the bag in the end.
The bag was completely check by her and was satisfied so she paid me the money. My bag was perfectly 90% new. How can a person bought a bag and change her mind and demanded for a refund. Is so unfair!!!
Not completely satisfied with purchase
Bought a Gucci bag from this seller and seller was very nice to deliver to my doorstep in the evening. I checked the bag in person although not 90% new as described, the overall condition is still acceptable. Thus, I paid 500SGD for the bag.
I took out the bag the next day and saw 1 patch of red colour transfer on the front of the bag. There is another spot of color transfer on the handle. These flaws are noticeable in daylight.
When I contact the seller, seller told me she was not aware of the flaws and I should have checked the bag before I paid. She said "What you see is what you get".
I told her it was not 90% new as claimed and I proposed for a refund of 500-15=485sgd and I am willing to return the bag at her convenience, even to her store in Katong.
I am still waiting for her reply.
